Raisin
Well, we got a cat :). There were multiple reasons why, a main one was living in such a big old house it is hard to keep those little fast nasty critters out of there and we thought a cat would deter them from entering and being church mice.
Another main reason was this was a cat belonging to Troy's mom. We knew she would love for us to have one and it is nice to have something of hers as well.
She is a very sweet cat and loves to be given some lovin. Come and visit her soon.

Interesting looking cat! Very cool green eyes. Does she get along ok with your dog?

Hey, Hi Raisin! I did leave this note on Troy's last blog but it seem like I should say it again! See Sherry, Monique and Max were pratice for You! We even checked out the basement for you. Love Michelle

A cat is just what your church-house needs. She also looks like she has tons of personality!
She's cute! And believe me - she'll come in handy when it comes to mice! My cat got rid of 4 mice in 3 days this winter - best thing we did! Hopefully she'll be ok around the baby when he comes! I've been praying for you guys. Vince's dad passed away in February 10 days after being diagnosed with cancer - he accepted Christ before his death, and in reading your blogs lately, I can totally relate with Troy and everything going on with his mom. Just know you guys are in my prayers! Love ya!
What a cute cat! I love, love, LOVE cats! As to them keeping away mice! I had 3 cats and we still had mice! My cats were scared of them! We now only have 2 cats...and yes, we still have the mice! :( Oh, well...if my cats caught one I would probably freak out anyways!!!
