Our Crazy Life!
I do apologize to our faithful readers that we have been negligent as of late.
We don't have the internet at home so many times Troy or myself will be at work by 7am (troy) and 7:30am (me) and have a few extra minutes before our day starts to do personal email/blogging etc. However, for the past couple of months work for both of us has been absolutely insane with no time to do anything extra.
We have had a really nice summer, busy doing things around the yard, going to the drive in, and hanging out with friends.
My parents, Jolene and Holly just came through town on wednesday pm, they are taking Holly to University and stopped by. So yesterday, I took a half day and was able to do some shopping with my mom and sisters, it was so nice to just spend time with them, visiting and laughing at stupid things. Troy and my dad spent some time together getting some things picked up that we had bought and just visiting, relaxing in the AC on a summer day. Perfect circumstances for two of the most wonderful men in the world and in my life :). Last pm after a good supper we played so Wii. Watching Troy and my dad box was hilarious and seeing Jolene kick some butt in racing cows was a riot.
Hopefully, in the next few weeks we will have a little down time before the fall schedule hits us.
Some pictures below are of the gorgeous flowers my hubby gave me just because he is so amazing. The baby is of Becca Smith, the daughter of one of my dearest friends in the world Heather. She was born last wednesday and I have thoroughly enjoyed holding her and just staring at her :) Why are babies so wonderful? :) God's perfect plan!
I will try and write again soon! Know that we are good, learning many lessons about Patience and God's will vs. Our will :)....and more in love with my hubbie every day. gag i know but i had to put it! we love you all!

Thanks for the update! That mini-family reunion sounds like so much fun. I wish it were a law for family members to live close to each other. :)
The pictures didn't show up on your blog for some reason. :(
I agree, my favorite baby moment is when a newborn sleeps. Ah, perfect contentment.
So glad to see an update, been thinking of you! When I saw the baby pic, my first thought was "wow, someone gave Troy and Sherry a baby, no wonder they haven't blogged." Glad you are doing well! love and miss you!
awwww babies :)
Good to hear from you again! May God keep you in his perfect peace. Much love...the Rinehart's
It's good to hear that you're doing well. I agree with you, the summer has been way to busy to blog much. Let me know if you actually get a break before the fall schedule hits; I don't seem to ever notice these breaks in my routine :-) Yep, babies are wonderful. Even toddlers can be great (I got to see my 2 year old nephew this weekend & he is just a little bit of heaven!).
Take care!
good to hear from you. i am glad you got to see your family! that is always wonderful. sounds like troy and your dad get along great! so where is holly going to school?
love you,
janelle
Have missed you much! The flowers are so beautiful. What a wonderful thoughtful husband. Little Miss Becca is just gorgeous.
We have enjoyed our summer...but it has gone waaaaayyyyyy too fast
:(
Okay, so am I the only one confused by the sentence "The baby is of Becca Smith, the daughter of one of my dearest friends in the world Heather" Is the mom Becca Smith or Heather? If she is Becca Smith, my real question is, is she NBBC Becca Smith?
Good to see you are alive and kicking!! busy isn't always a bad thing, just not always fun!!
Family time is always great - I wish my family lived closer - it's hard with a new baby, but we survive!! Glad to "hear" from you!!
Hi guys!
I can understand what you mean about being busy and unable to keep up with the blog updates, etc.
Just stopping by to catch up and say hello!
