Well - Life has been pretty busy and I never knew how much a bank would need to get your financing squared away. Jeez Louise! I thought you just signed a paper and then you owned a house. :) Not exactly! the way it is! However, other than the bank needing the appraisal(which they should get tomorrow) they have all they need. I guess they had a hard time finding 3 comparable buildings - I mean really how often do you see gorgeous brick churches built in 1912 sold?!?!? So....we should find out about our financing within the next day or two and we have a closing date! It is May 31st at 3:00pm. So we are very excited but not overly excited. Trying to wait until we actually sign the papers and own a home/church. Thanks for your prayers. We will let you know AS SOON AS WE HEAR SOMETHING.

I'm so glad you don't have a counter on your site because it would be at about a million - for all the times I've checked about your loan! I'm so glad to hear some good news, and can't wait to hear some more!
