Well we heard that the Church board accepted our offer and the church/house should be ours. :)
The only thing we are waiting for is approval of financing. We had been preapproved for a loan months ago but since this is a church not a house we can't use a normal house loan for it. SO.....the drama continues - we should know within the next few days if a bank here in town is going to go ahead and give us a loan. So - keep praying! Things can never be easy can they. We are excited and are thankful for all your thoughts - prayers and kind words. We will keep you posted.

This is getting bizarre - I ended up here kind of by mistake - from Josh and Annie Hill's site - and went, "Oh my heart, I know her!!!" TJ was at the seminary where I work about a month ago - and updated me on the fam. So happy for you all. BTW - Hope you get the house - that would be one COOL house to have fun with - and from the looks of your other projects you posted, you two could really make that place into something extra-special! Chris and I still are very curious about what your plans are with it? Very exciting! We are so happy for you both! My mom thought that was so neat! She loves HGTV of course, and thought this place would be perfect on one of their shows. I can't remember which one :)!
