What is your GO TO Recipe?

I am wondering - what is your GO TO recipe? Everyone has one.....time is short....you are in a rush.....you can't think of anything to make. So you make that one recipe, that you love and its easy and everyone loves it. I would say Troy's and mine is homemade BBQ chicken pizza/wraps. So what is yours? I want to know what it is and the recipe :)
We try and have a lot of people over for supper, mainly to try and get to know more people in our ABF (Adult Bible Fellowship - aka Sunday School Class). There are so many in that class that we want to get to know better and since we eat supper anyways...we try and invite people to join us.
I am LOVING this weather....the birds are singing and the snow is melting. Don't get me wrong...I love the snow but after the first day or two it gets all nasty looking and dirty. So it can go now...I am anxiously awaiting flip flop season.
So, send me your recipes and I will write again soon. I promise!

Super bowl party and such!

Well...we had a wonderful Superbowl party and had around 35 -40 people show up. We would have had a few extra people except they had frozen pipes that burst and sickness for others. They will have to come over another time. :)
We had so much food our countertops were so packed we had to start piling...no a bad problem to have. Our half time games consisted of throwing a football at Marvin Harrison and kicking a football through a very creative goal post. We were quite impressed with Chris's ability at throwing and not so impressed with anyone's kicking. Lori, David and myself had to take the three way tie with the kicking seeing as none of us could get another one through the goal posts. Pathetic but very fun!
Lately, we have just been busy with work, life in general and trying to have quite a few people over to the house. This week we have a guest staying with us as he is attending the conferance. He is from NY and I think he is the one who is bringing our predicted 12 - 16 inches of snow tonight through tomorrow. We will see if the weather forecast is accurate or even close. I am quite fond of snow.....I liked it more when I was teaching and got a SNOW DAY....but I am hoping to get a few extra minutes of cuddling with my hubbie :). Hope you all have a great monday and stay safe.

Winter Wonderland

We just got hit with about 4 inches of snow in about 5 hours....so travel home tonight will be slow. However, my Knight in Shining Armor dropped me off at work and is coming to take me home so I don't have to drive in it :) It is so beautiful out there......reminds me of growing up.
